DEVELOPMENT
  1. In the first instance, we must relate the two signals necessary to cut as to coagulate in the Matlab software, these are repeated in the form of a vector with amplitudes over time.

a. CUT LEVEL: A sinusoidal signal with a high frequency was designed for the cut state.

b. COAGULATION LEVEL: For the coagulation state a signal modulated from the sine signal was designed.

  1. In the second instance, the R2R circuit should be created for the connection to the arduino and the output of the signals, because this circuit allows to make the digital conversion to analog and to have the visualization in an ocsiloscope.

  1. Then, the programming is done in arduino, which consists in that by means of 2 switches that control which mode we want to use, if we cut or cuagulacion. An alarm is set for when the two users are in use, indicating that the operator is failing to operate the equipment.

The power stage was performed for the electrovisturi pencil by means of an LM3137 and a TIP3055, the electrovisturi pen is connected to the output of the TIP that must have a heat sink.

Another recommended connection is to use a MOC4521 and a TIP3055 at the output of the arduino pwm, thus controlling the electrovisturi pen by means of the output signal, either cutting or coagulation.

RESULTS

CONCLUSIONS
  1. For the power stage of the electrovisturi a reB and a BIb should be used to be able to control its power from the sent signal.

  2. An interface was implemented simulating the operation of a real electrovisturi, obtaining as a result the two main functions of machine operation, cutting and coagulation.

  3. The visual and auditory equipment will be implemented to indicate to the operator the malfunction of this.
